LadiPageAI provides AI-powered growth platform for marketing and sales, designed for businesses of every size across industries including Education, E-commerce, Services, and more.

All products are owned and operated by LadiPageAI Technology JSC.

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use LadiPageAI products and services.
2. To access the Services, you must create a LadiPageAI account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and email address. Accurate information allows us to provide customer support and service notifications.
3. The registered account owner is considered the legal owner of the account and agrees to comply with all Terms of Service.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. LadiPageAI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your password. Reselling, transferring, or assigning accounts in any form is strictly prohibited. LadiPageAI only recognizes accounts officially registered, paid for, and activated through our system.
5. You acknowledge that email will serve as the primary communication channel between you and LadiPageAI.
6. LadiPageAI is not an e-commerce marketplace. Any transactions conducted through pages or websites created on the platform are solely between you and your customers.
7. You are fully responsible for all content, data, images, reports, files, and external links uploaded to your LadiPageAI account. You must not upload viruses, malicious code, or any content that may compromise the security or operation of the platform.
8. Free subdomains may not be used for commercial marketing, advertising, or sales activities unless otherwise permitted.
9. Unlimited plans from LadiPageAI are intended solely for the personal or company products and services of the account holder. Sharing accounts in any form is not permitted. Image storage is unlimited within fair use; bandwidth is unlimited so long as your costs do not exceed what LadiPageAI pays third-party CDN providers. Contact support for large-scale or reseller arrangements.
10. LadiPageAI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
11. You must comply with applicable local laws and publishing regulations in your jurisdiction. Prohibited content includes — but is not limited to — material that promotes violence, hate, fraud, illegal activity, infringes intellectual property, or violates personal privacy. You bear full legal responsibility for any violation.

1. We reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.
2. We may refuse service to any individual or organization at its sole discretion.
3. We reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account containing illegal, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or intellectual property-infringing content.
4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that harass, threaten, or abuse other users, employees, or representatives of LadiPageAI.
5. We do not pre-screen or approve user-generated content. Users remain fully responsible for all content published through their accounts.
6. We may provide Services to your competitors and make no exclusivity commitment for any market segment. LadiPageAI employees and partners may also become customers and competitors, but they are not permitted to access your data.
7. In the event of an account ownership dispute, we may request identity verification or supporting legal documentation (such as business registration certificates, government-issued identification, etc.) to determine the rightful owner.
8. We have the right to determine the lawful ownership of any account and transfer ownership to the verified owner when appropriate. If ownership cannot be determined, the account may remain suspended until the dispute is resolved.
9. We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by publishing an updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.

In no event shall LadiPageAI or our third-party service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of our Services.
2. In no event shall LadiPageAI or our third-party service providers be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our Services. LadiPageAI, our partners, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any such damages.
3. Our services and products are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. LadiPageAI does not guarantee that the services we provide will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. LadiPageAI does not guarantee that the results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable.
6. LadiPageAI does not guarantee the quality of its products, services, or any information about products or services you obtain from us to meet your expectations. If any errors occur, we will rectify them under reasonable conditions.
7. If your Landing Page or Checkout page is subject to a Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack, LadiPageAI will assist with mitigation. Your pages may be temporarily suspended to protect the integrity of our systems.

1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you upload to LadiPageAI. All content and data you upload remains yours, and you are legally responsible for it.
2. By uploading content to Landing Pages, Checkout Pages, SMS, Email, in-app notifications, or any other services within your Account, you grant permission for:
(a) Internet users to view the content you choose to publish;
(b) LadiPageAI to display and store such content and data;
(c) LadiPageAI to access the content you upload as necessary to provide the Services.
3. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party except where required by a valid legal request from a competent authority. Confidential information includes any documents or information you provide that are not intended for public disclosure. Confidential information does not include information that:
(a) was already publicly available at the time we received it;
(b) becomes publicly available through no fault of LadiPageAI;
(c) is lawfully obtained from a third party;
(d) must be disclosed pursuant to applicable laws or legal processes.
4. For digital copyright disputes, you must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction.
5. For violations involving copyright infringement, impersonation, fraud, or illegal activity, LadiPageAI may take down pages or suspend accounts upon request from authorities or upon a valid complaint from a rights holder.

1. LadiPageAI acts as an intermediary connecting you with third-party tools we integrate with - including but not limited to payment gateways, SMS providers, and Email providers. You understand and agree that LadiPageAI provides access without any warranty or representation on behalf of those partners, and we are not liable for the third-party services.
2. Any actions you take with third-party tools are your sole responsibility and are governed by your agreement with that partner.

1. Prepaid balance (hereinafter referred to as "API Credit") is the amount you pay in advance to LadiPageAI to draw down against services in the LadiPageAI ecosystem
2. API Credit has a limited validity period and is used to pay for services within the LadiPageAI ecosystem.
3. Credit cannot be bought, sold, traded, loaned, or transferred. Credit has no intrinsic value and cannot be converted back into cash or used for other financial services. LadiPage will only give priority to payment from credit for services within the LadiPageAI ecosystem. Credit will be deposited into the available balance in your account.
4. Credit is valid for a specified, limited period.
5. Credit will expire and become invalid in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of any content in the Terms of Service.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@ladipage.ai with your order details. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Conditions

Refunds are available for the current billing period only. Renewals that have been active for more than 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

LadiPageAI is committed to information security and safety when you use bank API integration services via our partners. The following terms apply:

1. Transaction privacy: LadiPageAI does not store any of your bank balance fluctuations. After receiving transaction notifications from the bank and updating order status, all transaction information is immediately removed from our systems.
2. Login privacy: LadiPageAI does not store any banking login credentials.
3. Access scope: LadiPageAI's bank API integration is limited to receiving balance-change notifications. The system has no access to your bank account, ensuring no risk to your account when using this service.
