Service Policies – Commitment to Transparency & Satisfaction

If nails chip, gel peels, or break within 7-14 days after the service, we offer free repairs.
Applies to all gel, polish, and overlay services — excluding damage caused by strong impact, heavy work, or nail biting.

If a client is dissatisfied while still at the salon (wrong design, wrong color, technical errors), they may request a correction or partial refund.
No refunds will be given if the client leaves the salon for more than 24 hours without providing photos of the defects.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be given to another customer — we appreciate your understanding.

All tools are thoroughly sterilized or single-use upon request.
We use genuine, non-toxic products safe for nails and skin.
We do not provide nail services for clients with nail fungus, dermatitis, or severe skin conditions to ensure overall health safety.

Gifts or discounts are given after every 5 visits.
Special offers on birthdays and major holidays.
We welcome feedback and are always ready to make adjustments if the client is not fully satisfied.
